Time-bound rules

Compliance clocks

The GR dated 30 Sept 2026 sets three time-bound steps for a redevelopment. Each clock shows whether the step is done, does not apply to our project, or has not started yet.

The clocks

  • Development Agreement approved by the general body

    Approved on 10 Jan 2026

The Development Agreement must be approved by the society's general body.

Core Society-level Development Agreement terms approved for execution.

MTG-006 · Special General Meeting · APPROVAL MINUTES

Development Agreement registered: 06 Mar 2026 (sample registration date).

This approval came before the GR dated 30 Sept 2026. It is shown as done because the general body did approve the terms, not because the GR applied at the time.

Per GR dated 30 Sept 2026 (summary)

  • PAAA after DA registration

Does not apply to this project

Member PAAAs should be executed within 3 months of the Development Agreement's registration.

Our Development Agreement was registered before this GR (sample registration date 06 Mar 2026), so this clock does not run for our project.

Per GR dated 30 Sept 2026 (summary)

  • Construction period

    Clock not started

Construction should finish within 2 years of the plinth certificate, extendable by up to 1 year in exceptional cases.

Starts when: the plinth certificate is issued

No plinth certificate yet: the IOD is awaited and construction has not started.

Per GR dated 30 Sept 2026 (summary)

How to read these clocks

  1. Done

The step has happened and the record gives its date.

  2. Does not apply

The event happened before the GR, so its deadline does not run for our project.

  3. Not started

The clock starts on a later event. Until then nothing is counting down, so nothing can be late.
