Member PAAA review checklist

The items a member should be able to verify before treating the member agreement as ready.
Member identity
Name, existing flat and ownership details match Society records.
New flat
Working flat number, floor, configuration and entitlement are correctly described.
Area
MOFA / RERA / other stated area definitions are internally consistent.
Transit money
Rent, escalation, shifting support, corpus and payment timing match the approved package.
Possession protection
Handover should occur only after agreed preconditions and protections are activated.
Delay / default
Delay responsibility, member default and consequences should be written clearly.
Annexures
Plan, specification, area statement and other referenced annexures are actually attached and versioned.
Dispute language
Member-specific clauses should not unintentionally transfer unrelated project disputes onto unaffected members.

Document-control rules

Four rules that stop old drafts and incomplete annexures from creating false certainty.
Executed ≠ complete
An executed Society agreement can coexist with member-level documents that are still under review.
Version matters
Every draft shown to members should carry a date / version so old wording is not mistaken for current wording.
Annexures matter
A PAAA can be incomplete in practice if the referenced plan, specification or area annexure is missing.
Member-specific review
The portal should make it easy for each member to see the terms that apply specifically to their flat and payments.
