Municipal approval intelligence
Permission to build
The redevelopment proposal is in the municipal approval stage. A submitted or working plan does not by itself authorise demolition or construction. The portal separates each approval milestone so members can see exactly what has — and has not — been obtained.

What this means for members
Simple rules for reading approvals without confusing submissions, working plans and sanctions.
No member should assume that a working architectural plan is the approved final building.
A municipal submission can change during scrutiny before sanction.
Vacating and demolition should follow the Society’s formal readiness process, not an expected approval date.
When an approval is received, the portal should show the document, date and evidence status clearly.
