Audience must be explicit
All-members, affected-members and professional-team communications should not be mixed.
Member action must be unmistakable
If a member must act, the instruction, deadline, authority and supporting record should be clear.
Communication integrity
One controlled message
WhatsApp, email and portal notices should derive from the same approved communication record.
Version the message
Corrections and replacements should remain traceable rather than silently overwriting history.
Separate fact from forecast
A target date or professional expectation must never be phrased as a confirmed statutory outcome.
